The Southie restaurant is adding a whole new lineup of foods.
A multi-concept South Boston restaurant is about to take on a whole new persona with the addition of a cafe space within its walls. Coppersmith Cafe opens on February 1, inviting neighborhood locals and professionals alike to stop in for a cup of coffee, a meeting, or a hangout session.
Coppersmith Cafe, located inside Coppersmith’s Bolton Street entrance at 40 West 3rd St. in Southie, will operate from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, offering a host of pastries, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads, grab-and-go items, and more.
On the beverage side, the cafe will serve George Howell Coffee beverages, a selection of J’enwey Tea Co. teas, plus soda and juice.
The cafe, dubbed Coppersmith’s “third space,” has lower ceilings that add a cozy feel to the restaurant’s expansive, food truck-filled interior. Customers will be able to access the cafe’s free wi-fi at high-top and standard-height wooden tables.
