Most Over-the-Top Bloody Mary Bars: Coppersmith
Now that chef Jason Heard has moved over to this South Boston restaurant inside a former copper foundry, he’s imported some of the same enthusiasm for Bloody Marys displayed at his former haunt, the now-late East Coast Grill. The options here are insane: First pick your vodka, then add garnishes. We’re talking pickled cauliflower and “ghost pepper” ketchup, green tomato chutney and Korean BBQ sauce. The options are endless, and for an added cost you can upgrade with shrimp or bacon. Bloody hell, this is fantastic.
